All prices quoted and services offered on our website are subject to change at any time.
Once your deposit has been paid we will obtain written quotes from all of our wedding service providers ensuring that any last minute price changes are kept to an absolute minimum.
Transportation like boat rides and helicopter flights are the main services subject to occasional price fluctuations since rates can be affected by increases in fuel prices.
A NZD$500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date, time and wedding venue/location plus any deposits required by individual wedding service providers. Your wedding reservation will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received and processed.
The full balance of your booking is due once we have met with you after your arrival in New Zealand. Individual wedding suppliers may require full payment prior to the wedding which we will advise you of if applicable.
We will happily accept bookings with as little as 24 hours notice provided the wedding venue/location and additional services required are available, however a surcharge may apply.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the reserved wedding date will be refunded any monies less the NZD$500.00 deposit paid to The Wedding Company, any deposits required by individual wedding service providers and any bank processing charges.
We recommend that you talk to your travel insurance company to ensure that in the event of any unforeseen occurrences that may result in the cancellation of your wedding booking you will be covered by your policy.
Wedding packages that require transportation by helicopter or boat to the location where your wedding ceremony will be held are subject to weather conditions and other external factors. For these reasons we do not guarantee in advance the exact location where you will be flown by helicopter or transported by boat on the day. The best location will be chosen, taking all of these factors into consideration, and in consultation with you, on the day.
The Wedding Company shall not be held liable for the interruption of services due to the weather, flight delays or circumstances beyond its control.The Wedding Company will do everything within reason to reschedule and re-accommodate all services in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
For all wedding packages at outdoor locations including those that require transportation by helicopter or boat to the location where your wedding ceremony will be held, you have the opportunity to pay an additional surcharge to have our wedding service providers booked for the day after your planned wedding day incase of inclement weather. If your helicopter or boat transport must be cancelled all together because of inclement weather we will refund the total cost of this service to you less our co-ordination fee.
All prices quoted on our website are inclusive of the New Zealand Goods & Services tax of 12.5% where applicable.
